Superior Transmission Components

The latest improved four-row super heavy duty linear guideway on 3 axis, not only provides fast & accurate rapid feed but also the allowance of heavy work piece Z axis.

3 axis pre-ioaded C3 class high precision Ballscrews all has been well pre-extensioned and directly coupled to ac servo motors, greatly eliminates backlash and ensures highest rigidity.

Large diameter ultra precision ballscrews directly coupled to the feed motor and are arranged in center of each guideways and close the cutting point.

Each ballscrew end support is with pre extensioned devices for absolute screw straightness and long life. ( R.O.C.pantent no.72650 )

Standard Belt Drive
#40 / 8,000 RPM or #50 / 6,000 RPM, all with high precision P4 angular contact steel ball bearings with self-greased lubrication.

Optional Motor Spindles
HSK-A63 : 18,000 / 24,000 / 30,000 RPM or HSK-A100 : 12,000 / 15,000 RPM, all With high precision P4 hybrid ceramic ball bearings, either self-greased or oil-aired lubrication.

Optional Direct Coupling
#40 / HSK-A63 : 12,000 RPM or 15,000 RPM or #50 / 10,000 RPM, all with high Precision P4 hybrid ceramic ball bearings with self-greased lubrication.

Optional Planetary Gearbox
