Rigid Overall Machine Design & Superior Features
Super wide & high rigid one piece castings twin columns
The very wide distance 1,750 mm between twin column, allowing the most convenience mounting of large workpiece, fixture etc. The high column compare to competitors is extremely useful for tall workpiece and those which requires long cutting tools.
Integrated ballscrew mounting brackets
The mounting brackets for 3 axes are being integrated on the bridge base and saddle castings for the maximum rigidity, the ballscrews are mounted on both ends to prevent heat generated by respective high speed positioning from affecting positioning accuracy.
Powerful Motor Spindle
