Automatic Tool Changer
Driven by AC servo motor(s) in order to provide spindle picking up at simple, fast, trouble-free and extremely smooth tools exchanging; standard 32 stations, optional 40 x 1, 60 x 1, 32 x 2, 40 x 2, 60 x 2 stations, biggest tool dimension is Dia. 75 mm or Dia.125 mm / 300 mm length / 8 kgs weight.
Torque Motors Driven Tilting Rotary Table
Milling ( Standard )
Table is driven by 2 torque motors, one each at A&C axis, maximum speed are 10 RPM & 50 RPM, maximum load 1200 kgs.
Milling Turning ( Optional )
- Table is driven by 3 torque motors when both twin A axes at either 90° or 0°, maximum C axis speed is 800 RPM, also because twin A axes are rigidly clamped (more than 10,000 Nm) so turning operation smoothly is ensured.
- Turning table is made of extreme high dynamic one piece casting and machined by 5 axes machine to ensure its high accuracy.
Extended dynamic and power : the core of the direct drive table is with the new torque motor generation, the sophisticated cooling technology of the coils offers 30% more power than before, very high efficiency and dynamic and is possible to reach a new level of high dynamic milling & turning operations!
Efficient chip removal : cutting chips, coolant water, oil etc. are easily falling down directly to the machine bed where has a well integrated chain type chip conveyor, it bring out chips etc. efficiently Heavy duty ram construction with extreme section and well rib design ensures high speed and heavy cutting is possible without vibration
